About me

I graduated with a MSc in Advanced Microelectronic Systems Engineering (Distinction) from University of Bristol, UK and was awarded a PhD from the same university for my work on  “Highly efficient, broadband power amplifier design for base station applications” in 2013.

In 2012 I joined Toshiba Research Europe, Telecommunications Research Laboratory where I was part of an interdisciplinary RF team. My areas of focus were high efficiency RFPA design, characterisation and linearisation for broadcasting applications.

In 2017 I moved to Sony Europe, Semiconductor and Electronic Solutions, where I still work as a contractor. I am part of a team supporting the design of front-end modules for communication applications and facilitating the development of a novel III-V semiconductor process.

Between 2022 and 2023 I also served as a consultant for Huawei Technologies, R&D, UK. I reviewed collaborative research projects with external partners and I was responsible for identifying innovative and patentable ideas.
